Services & Details

Linens, towels, soaps, and tp are provided.
Dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, pots, pans, plates, mugs, glasses are provided in the kitchen.
Smoker, grill, and fire pit available for responsible renters.
Wine honor bar available in kitchen / breakfast area.
Rental deposit is deducted from total price. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome with a $100 non-refundable fee.
Concierge Services available upon request for an additional fee.
Winter rentals can enjoy the heated portion of the house, which includes 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, and breakfast room at the discounted winter rate. The un-conditioned portion of the house is of course available to you at your discretion during these rentals as well, without running water and heat. However, there is a wood fire and plenty of wood for responsible renters.
