Introducing Carolyn Neubauer Peterson, Vonnegut House Manager and Rental Agent

The Vonnegut House is proud to Introduce Carolyn Neubauer ( Peterson ) as our House & Rentals Manager.

Like a secret weapon, Carolyn has been with us for months, but we haven’t revealed her until now! Although raised in Chicago with her three brothers and a sister, she’s been around Lake Maxinkuckee since early childhood

Along with obtaining a BFA - Graphic Design degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and some time working in her field both as a professor and professional (including in Korea!), Carolyn married engineer Kurt Neubauer and they raised their two kids in Chicago and Culver.

Recently, Carolyn and Kurt spent five years in the Middle East. Carolyn served as the President and Chairwoman of the American Women's Network of Abu Dhabi while there. They've now moved to Lake Maxinkuckee to support Carolyn's parents and create a permanent home.

Carolyn is your contact and helper through the booking process. She can also assist with any specific needs or requests. She’s not shy, and don’t feel you have to be shy with her!
